About Me

I began my career as a registered massage therapist in June 2012, when I graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program in Ontario and became a registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In September of 2024, I moved to Bridgewater, NS and now a proud member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia.

I began treating in a private gym and tennis club where I had the opportunity to treat clients with a wide range of conditions and needs, including rehabilitative, sports-based, and relaxation. I eventually opened my own clinic where I've been able to expand on the areas of massage therapy that have really been of interest to me.

I have been able to assist clients with whiplash, concussions, chronic pain, and most predominantly, postural-based dysfunction. Our society is a flexion-based one, with almost everyone sitting in front of a computer, in a car, or hunched over a cell phone. Combine that with the high levels of stress we incur through our daily routines, it's no wonder most of us aren't having even more pain and discomfort than we already have. Massage can be a helpful factor in correcting poor postural habits and promoting better bio-mechanics.

Over the years, I believe I’ve developed an intuitive touch while maintaining the ability to perform deeper pressure massage.

It has been important to me in my career to support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community where and when I can, and I strive to always have a welcoming, supportive, and respectful space for everyone.
